These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of: • MyGold Platform and website • All related subdomains • Platform services The Platform operates as an online marketplace connecting independent digital service providers ("Service Providers") with customers seeking gaming-related services. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

The Company operates solely as a technology intermediary. The Company: • Does not provide gaming services directly • Does not employ Service Providers • Does not control how services are performed • Is not an agent or representative of any Service Provider All services are provided independently by third-party Service Providers.

The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, developer, or intellectual property owner. All trademarks and game titles remain the property of their respective owners.

You must: • Be at least 18 years old; or • Have lawful parental/guardian consent • Have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You agree to: • Provide accurate information • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for: • Fraudulent activity • Payment disputes • Policy violations • Sanctions or compliance concerns

All services facilitated through the Platform are: • Digital • Intangible • Custom-performed • Delivered electronically By placing an order, you: • Request immediate commencement of performance • Acknowledge that digital services may begin before any statutory cooling-off period expires • Waive cancellation rights where permitted under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or equivalent international laws once performance has begun

You acknowledge that certain services may involve actions that game publishers prohibit, including account access or account-based progression services. You expressly assume all risk related to: • Account suspensions • Permanent bans • Rank resets • In-game penalties • Policy enforcement by publishers The Company bears no liability for such actions.

Payments are processed via regulated third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Stripe. The Company acts as a commercial agent of the Service Provider solely for the limited purpose of facilitating payment collection and distribution. Funds may be held temporarily before being credited to a Service Provider's account balance. The Company is not a bank or financial institution.

The Platform may charge: • Listing fees • Commission fees • Service fees These fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Due to the digital and custom nature of services: Refunds are only available if: • The service has not commenced; or • The Service Provider fails to deliver No refunds are provided for: • Completed services • Partial performance • Account bans • Change of mind • Publisher enforcement actions All refund determinations are made at the Platform's discretion in accordance with applicable law.

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback constitutes breach of contract. If a chargeback is filed: • Account may be permanently suspended • Access to services may be revoked • Debt recovery action may be initiated The Company reserves the right to use fraud detection tools and require identity verification.

The Platform may provide an internal dispute resolution system. The Company: • Is not liable for disputes between users • May review evidence • May freeze funds during investigation • May issue final determinations at its discretion Platform decisions are binding for internal resolution purposes.

You confirm that: • You are not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction under UK law • You are not listed on any applicable sanctions list • You are not acting on behalf of a restricted entity The Company may suspend accounts pending compliance review.

All Platform content including: • Branding • Logos • Website design • Systems • Software is owned by the Company and protected under UK and international law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for: • Indirect or consequential damages • Loss of profits • Data loss • Account penalties • Publisher enforcement actions Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability for: • Fraud • Death or personal injury caused by negligence • Liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against claims arising from: • Your misuse of the Platform • Violation of publisher policies • Breach of these Terms

The Company is not liable for delays caused by: • Game updates • Publisher policy changes • Server outages • Cyberattacks • Government actions • Natural disasters

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts immediately if: • Fraud is suspected • Chargebacks occur • Terms are violated Termination does not relieve outstanding obligations.

Personal data is processed in accordance with: • UK GDPR • Data Protection Act 2018 Details are outlined in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless arbitration is agreed.

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
